The CLM Team

Dr. Rachel Gorman
Founder & Owner
PT, DPT
As a student at UNC Wilmington, I realized PT was the ideal mix of an active profession, continuous problem solving, and helping others achieve mobility and strength; something we often take for granted until we lose it. This took me to Cullowhee, NC to earn my doctorate of physical therapy from Western Carolina University. After graduating, I completed an orthopedic residency and am a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. I also enjoy intertwining yoga into sessions as a Professional Yoga Therapist.
Throughout my career, I have continuously added skills to my treatment toolbelt, and I enjoy using these various skills to provide an individualized approach to each patient’s care.

Dr. Jacqueline Parolin
PT, DPT
I am a physical therapist and Charlotte native with 9 years of experience in orthopedic, sports, and vestibular physical therapy. I have a personal background in soccer, dance, running, yoga, and postpartum conditioning. I gravitate toward challenging and complex conditions, and I seek out physical therapy skeptics.
I practiced in an orthopedic clinic in Chicago, IL for 6 years, during which time I achieved my board certification as a specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and managed two clinics. When I returned home to Charlotte, I treated patients in a sports clinic until the birth of our second child.
My mobile physical therapy practice was born out of a desire to spend more focused, one-on-one time with patients. I blend evidence-based practice with patient-centered care, prioritizing specific patient goals and the development of practices that support a strong and active lifestyle. Understanding the time constraints of daily life, I provide a convenient and flexible alternative to commuting to and from appointments.
Outside of physical therapy, my favorite activity is spending time outside with my husband, three kids, and two dogs. I love live music, a good cup of coffee, and sitting on our front porch rocking chairs.

Dr. Ryan Wilkins
PT, DPT
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Russell Sage College, and later earned the title as a board-certified clinical specialist in sports and orthopedic physical therapy after completing advanced level residency training in both subspecialties. I am also a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist - Dry Needling (CMTPT/DN) through Myopain Seminars, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. My clinical interests include foot/ankle pathology, the rehabilitation-athletic performance continuum, as well as using serial objective testing to better inform the patient’s clinical status and readiness to progress.
My interest in physical therapy grew from a passion for the human body, living a healthy lifestyle, along with a desire to use my gifts to help people get back to the activities they enjoy. I believe every successful patient story is rooted in establishing goals, trustworthy communication, and a shared vision of how to tailor treatment so the patient not only moves better, but also feels empowered to take care of their bodies. My goal at CLM is to make every session better than the last so the patient returns to a level that is greater than where they were before.
